About CloudWise

CloudWise provides a free, easy-to-use UK mortgage calculator that helps people get a quick sense of what a repayment mortgage might cost each month. We built it because working out monthly repayments shouldn't require a spreadsheet or a meeting — you should be able to move a few sliders and see a clear answer.

What the calculator does

Our calculator estimates the monthly cost of a UK capital repayment mortgage based on the property price, your deposit, the interest rate, and the term in years. Alongside the monthly figure, it shows your loan amount, loan-to-value ratio, total interest paid over the term, and the total amount repaid, so you can see the full picture at a glance.
